Alinma Bank KSA Proposal
We provided Alinma Bank with a 360-degree digital solution, ensuring brand consistency, profile enhancement, SEO optimization, and UI/UX improvements to elevate their online presence.
Alinma Bank, a leading force in Shariah-compliant banking in the region, has always been at the forefront of innovation and customer convenience. However, the bank faced several challenges in its digital media presence, with over five agencies involved in managing their content, leading to inconsistent designs and campaigns. As the lead of the project within a Saudi-based agency, I spearheaded a comprehensive 360-degree proposal to address these issues and streamline the bank’s digital strategy.
The Challenges:
- Multiple agencies handling Alinma’s digital assets, resulting in inconsistent visuals and design.
- The need for a more informative profile that highlights Alinma’s services and categories.
- Repetition of posting designs, reducing engagement and brand recognition.
- Lack of standardization in page format and excessive use of colors, leading to visual confusion.
- Website issues included the absence of an H1 tag on the homepage, a critical SEO element, and a low SEO score (45/100).
- Banner sliders with outdated animations, affecting user experience and engagement.
The Solutions:
To tackle these challenges, we implemented the following strategies:
- Brand Consistency: I consolidated the design work across all platforms by creating a unified brand guideline, ensuring consistency in visuals, messaging, and design elements.
- Profile Enhancement: We redesigned the Alinma Bank profile to include detailed information about its services, categories, and key highlights. This made the profile more informative and engaging for users.
- Design Revamp: We developed a range of fresh, innovative design templates that were not repetitive, keeping the content fresh and appealing while adhering to the brand’s identity.
- Standardized Format: A streamlined page format was implemented, making the design look more professional and organized, reducing the clutter caused by non-standardized formats and colors.
- SEO Improvements: We corrected the H1 tag issue on the homepage, boosting SEO rankings, and worked on optimizing the site’s SEO score, significantly improving search engine visibility.
- UI/UX Improvements: The outdated banner sliders were replaced with modern, dynamic animations that enhanced the overall user experience. We also revamped the website’s UI/UX design, making it more user-friendly and responsive.
Through these solutions, we were able to elevate Alinma Bank’s digital presence, ensuring a consistent, modern, and optimized experience for their customers, leading to increased engagement and satisfaction.
