One of the many benefits you get as an advertiser on twitter is you get to create Twitter Lead Generation Cards (LGC)
What LGC basically allow you to do is collect data from your followers (or any twitter users) who actually click the “Call-to-action” button on the LGC
In the screenshot below the call to action button is the “Subscribe Now”

You can simply visit your ads.twitter.com (Ads dashboard) and goto > Creatives > Cards > and click on Create new Lead Generation Card
What’s good about Twitter’s LGC is it allow you to “Really” customize the data you want to receive, you can add hidden inputs either (GET or POST). That data will be forwarded to your CRM/web page. By default; Name, email & handles will be added to your excel list where you will be able to download it from you dashboard, but as i mentioned, you can actually send these data and more if you need to your CRM. but that’s optional.
Going back to the main idea of the post, by promoting a Lead Generation Card, when the Call-To-Action button is clicked, the user’s name, email & handle will be added to a list where you can download it (the list will be available after approx. 12 hrs from creating the card, so don’t worry if it didn’t show up instantly)
See below after i had clicked the CTA button
Now that you have the list, you can import it to any email shots software, I use @MailChimp
And that’s all!
